DLBC Background Check Rule Update (R501-14) Publication in Rules Bulletin August 2026
The proposed rule update for the Utah Division of Licensing and Background Checks (DLBC), Office of Background Processing, Rule R501-14 Human Services Program Background Checks, was filed in the Utah State Bulletin Vol. 2026, No. 15 and is open for public comment. Any public comment regarding this proposed amendment can be submitted to [email protected] until August 31, 2026.
